SUNDAY SCHOOL:

Adults:
Adults meet each Sunday morning at 9:45 am in the kitchen corner of the sanctuary for a time of fellowship and to study the Bible together. The pastor leads this discussion based class. Topics vary based on the interests of the group and the season of the church year. Recent studies have included “Exodus,” “Luke,” “Acts,” and “Advent Through the Eyes of Those Who Waited.”

On September 19, the Adult class will begin studying the biblical book of Revelation using the Horizon’s Bible Study Journeys Through Revelation: Apocalyptic Hope for Today by Barbara R Rossing. Study books will be available at the church after September 5. A donation of $8.00 to defray the cost of the book is appreciated but not required. If anyone needs a large-print or audio CD edition of the study book, both are available by contacting Pastor Linda.

Children:
Children of all ages meet the first two Sundays of each month at 9:45 am in the book corner of the sanctuary for a time of learning and fellowship. A volunteer leads this broadly-aged class on topics related to Bible study, mission, and stewardship using the Children’s Mission Yearbook as a resource. When the weather permits, learning may take place outside.

One of the beauties of a small church is that we can create classes as attendance and the need arises. If you have an interest in a subject or age-group class that we do not currently have, let us know while being a part of our fellowship. We’ll work together to meet that need.
